02 - 16 seedless red grapes

03 - 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 16 cubes approximately 0.79 inch each

# Method steps:
01 - Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries and grapes.
02 - Slice the stem end off each strawberry to create a flat base.
03 - Thread one mozzarella cube onto a small skewer or toothpick.
04 - Add a strawberry, flat side down, on top of the cheese cube.
05 - Place a grape on top of the strawberry to form the pom-pom of the Santa hat.
06 - Pipe a small dot of softened cream cheese on top of each grape to resemble the hat's pom-pom.
