This grazing board is one of my favorite go-to options when hosting intimate dinner parties. It always impresses guests and allows for easy customization.
Ingredients
- Cheeses: 100 g Brie, sliced into wedges, 100 g Aged Manchego, cut into triangles, 100 g Gorgonzola Dolce, crumbled, 100 g Goat cheese, formed into small rounds
- Charcuterie: 80 g Prosciutto, 80 g Finocchiona salami, thinly sliced, 80 g Coppa, thinly sliced
- Fresh Fruits: 1 cup seedless red grapes, on the vine, 1 cup fresh raspberries, 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced, 1 ripe apple, thinly sliced, 1/2 cup dried apricots
- Nuts & Extras: 1/3 cup roasted Marcona almonds, 1/3 cup candied walnuts, 1/4 cup Castelvetrano olives, drained
- Accompaniments: 1/4 cup fig jam, 1/4 cup honey with honey dipper, 1/2 baguette, sliced and lightly toasted, 1 box artisan crackers
Instructions
- Arrange cheeses on board:
- Arrange cheeses on a large wooden or marble board, spacing them evenly.
- Fold charcuterie:
- Gently fold or roll the charcuterie slices and nestle them between cheese selections.
- Add fruits:

- Place fig jam and honey in small ramekins or bowls and set on the board.
- Add bread and crackers:
